Today Fellowship is a dedicated platform that facilitates online fellowship, friendship and prayer groups. Our visions is that from anywhere at any time you can meetup with your family. It's a space where we can come together to seek encouragement, find solace, and lift each other up in prayer. We believe in the power of the Church and the strength found in collective prayer. To protect our members, we have a system in place to ensure that each TODAY Group has a dedicated Host who maintains a safe and welcoming environment.

For instance, if someone mistreats another member or violates any of the TODAY Guidelines, the Host has the authority to take appropriate action, including banning the individual for a time from TODAY.

The role of the Host entails

  • Guiding discussions and fostering engagement.

  • Ensuring all group members feel included and heard.

  • Coordinating prayer requests and addressing specific group needs.

  • Checking in on members who have been absent for a few days.

  • Communicating with the TODAY team as needed regarding any concerns.

As this is an important role, all Hosts must go through a careful vetting process. We appreciate your understanding of the necessity of this step. Rest assured, your information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in full compliance with legal requirements.

If you are interested in becoming a Host please apply here:

Guidelines
1. Keep Christ at the Centre:

Let every meeting and discussion honour God and uplift others.

2. Be Respectful and Inclusive:

Listen with compassion and honour each person’s Walk of Faith.

3. Active Participation:

Engage as regularly as possible by attending meetings or responding to chats.

Safety & Privacy

  • Only designated group members can join a call.

  • Each group decides whether or not to admit new members.

  • This ensures safety, privacy, and freedom for genuine fellowship.

For new Groups - Icebreaker Questions

Discuss these questions during your first few meetings as a group to get to know each other and set expectations:

1. What has been your initial reason for joining this group?

2. What do you hope to get out of this experience?

3. What has been your Walk of Faith to this point?

4. What support do you need in your relationship with God?

5. Does the group want to structure meetings a particular way or let it flow naturally?

Tailoring Your Group

Use the responses to the questions above to:

• Define the group’s purpose (e.g., focus on prayer, scripture study, fellowship or a bit of everything).

• Decide how structured or flexible meetings should be.

• Discuss how long each member is able to be on the call for.
